Wray Mesa Project

Project Summary

Trigon’s Wray Mesa Property is located in the well-known La Sal uranium district in south eastern Utah. The property is located adjacent to the Pandora mine of Denison Mines Corp., which is currently the district’s only active uranium producer. Uranium was discovered on the Wray Mesa Property in 1969 when limited drilling by previous operators intersected uranium mineralization at a depth of 230 ft.

In December 2006 Trigon entered into an agreement to acquire the property, consisting of 499 mining claims, totalling approximately 10,000 acres. In January 2007, an additional 105 claims were acquired bringing the total size of the property to 604 claims or approximately 12,000 acres.

Important uranium-vanadium deposits occur in the 150 Million year old Salt Wash sandstones of the Morrison formation in the La Sal district. A number of significant uranium mines are located in the La Sal district. These include the Beaver Shaft, Mike, Hecla, La Sal, Rattlesnake and the Pandora mine. Although the district was a “late bloomer” during the previous uranium cycle, the Salt Wash uranium production numbers for La Sal were second only to those of the Uravan mineral belt. Production figures prior to 1981 show that the La Sal district produced in excess of 6 Million pounds U3O8 at an average grade of 0.32%. This is the highest average grade of any of the Salt Wash uranium districts in the United States.

According to the Lease and Option Agreement Trigon will enter into an option to the right to acquire 100% ownership in the Property, from Future Energy LLC (the “Vendor”), a Utah company, by issuing 200,000 shares to the Vendor.  The option can be exercised by the issuance of an additional 200,000 at the end of a 12 month period.  Trigon will pay maintenance costs in respect of the claims.
