Henry Mountains Project

Project Summary

The Henry Mountains Project was acquired as Trigon’s second uranium exploration and development acquisition.  Trigon controls 1398 claims and three state leases in the Henry Mountains covering more than 30,600 acres.  The property consists of two claim blocks, Henry North (8056 acres) and Henry South (22,556 acres).  The Henry South block adjoins the western limit of Denison Mines Corp.’s Bullfrog Property, which hosts the Indian Bench, Copper Bench, and Southwest deposits.  East of the southern portion of the Henry South block is the Tony M mine.  Between Tony M and the Bullfrog properties there are reportedly 24 Million pound U3O8 at an average grade of 0.22% within 4.7 kilometers of Henry South.  The company believes that the Henry Mountains Project has tremendous development potential.

The property was acquired under a Lease and Option agreement which required Trigon to issue 500,000 shares to the property vendors at signing.  Trigon acquired the property by issuing an additional 500,000 shares to the vendors during August of 2007.

The Copper Bench, Indian Bench, and Southwest deposits lie along a northwesterly trend of uranium mineralization.  Ore grade generally increases down-dip along the trend.  Trigon’s exploration target at Henry South is the projected extension of these ore bodies along trend, immediately down-dip of the known deposits.  The Henry North block is located west of several known uranium deposits at surface and the exploration targets are the down-dip extensions of these ore bodies.

Uranium in the Henry Mountains District is hosted in fluvial sandstones of the Salt Wash Member of the Morrison Formation.  During prior uranium cycles many small mines were developed after prospectors discovered uranium mineralization along canyon rims in outcropping Salt Wash rocks.  Although most of these mines were small (less than 60,000 pounds of U3O8 produced), the down-dip of mineralization in the mid 1970’s discovered several significant uranium deposits in the southern part of the district.   These deposits include the Southwest, Copper Bench, and Indian Bench ore bodies of IUC and the Tony M mine all controlled by Denison Mines Corp.  The Henry Mountains Project southern claim block sits directly along trend of the Indian Bench and Copper Bench deposits, which are collectively known as the Bullfrog deposits.   The Tony M and Bullfrog deposits, are scheduled to enter production in 2007 and 2008 respectively.  Trigon expects that drilling on the Henry Mountains Project will show that the bullfrog trend continues down-dip onto Trigon’s property.  Historically, ore grades have been shown to increase in the down-dip direction.  In the region grades of ore have been typically reported to be in the range of 0.20% eU3O8 to 0.35% eU3O8.

The company has announced that drilling of the Henry Mountains project in Utah is to commence on September 4, 2007.  The aim of the program is to confirm that uranium mineralization extends onto Trigon’s property. Trigon initially plans to drill ten holes to an average depth of 1,700 feet.  It is anticipated that the program will be completed by the end of October 2007.

With the objective of confirming that uranium mineralization continues onto Trigon’s property, holes will be drilled in closely spaced patterns focusing in two main areas on the property. The drill hole patterns are designed to maximize the likelihood of intersecting mineralization along the trend of the neighboring uranium deposits. All the drill holes will be gamma-logged for equivalent uranium content, and samples of drill cuttings will be taken for chemical assay of uranium.

The program will be carried out by Trigon field geologists under the direction of Mr. B.L. Berman, CPG, Technical Advisor to the company with over 20 years of uranium experience.  Drilling will be carried out by Diversified Drilling of Missoula, Montana. Gamma logging of the drill holes will be performed by Century Geophysical Corp. of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Trigon’s exploration and development property in the Henry Mountains uranium district is located in a highly prospective area centered 15 kilometers north of Uranium One’s Shootaring Canyon uranium mill at Ticaboo. The known uranium deposits adjacent to Trigon’s property reportedly host more than 20 Million lbs of U3O8. These deposits form elongate, largely continuous trends and Trigon considers the potential for further discoveries in the area to be excellent.
