Thomas F. Buchholz (Technical Advisor, Senior Mining Engineer)

Thomas F. Buchholz is Technical Advisor, Senior Mining Engineer to the Company. Mr. Buchholz is an engineering professional who brings 36 years of mining experience including 14 years of mining operations management to Trigon. He began his career in 1979 with Martin-Trost Associates where, as a General Manager, he established key support systems for the oil field fabrication unit and engaged in reclamation activities at the Miracle uranium mine. Then in 1982, Mr. Buchholz joined Cotter Corporation where he served in progressively more responsible positions including Chief Mine Engineer and General Mine Manager. Since 2002, Mr. Buchholz has been President of MarGeo Inc., a project management and engineering services company, where he has successfully managed a mining operation with 200 employees.

Mr. Buchholz holds a BSc in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Stuart Havenstrite (Technical Advisor)

Stuart Havenstrite is a Technical Advisor, Uranium, to the Company. Mr. Havenstrite is a Certified Professional Geologist with 50 years of mining experience including 20 years in executive positions. He began his career in 1956 in the uranium division of Phillips Petroleum Co in New Mexico. Over a period of 15 years, he held progressively more responsible positions including Senior Exploration Geologist, Chief Mine Geologist, and Project Manager of Development. In 1971, he joined Silver King Mines where he further developed his uranium experience serving first as Mine Mill Manager and advancing to the position of Executive Vice President. From 1983 to 1987, as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Mr. Havenstrite was responsible for operating 4 mines that produced up to 2,000 tons of ore per day. In 1987, he was designated President and Chief Operations Officer of Alta Gold Co. (fka Silver King Mines). Over the next 3 years, he operated 6 mines that processed 27,000 tons of ore daily. He also arranged major M&A activities including a merger, a mining district acquisition, and a joint venture. In 1991, Mr. Havenstrite founded HMS Management Services, which provides geologic consulting services in hard-rock mineral exploration and development to companies in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Mr. Havenstrite is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists; and a member of both the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers, and the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America. He holds a BSc in Mining and Petroleum Geology from Stanford University.

Lisa S. Hardy (Technical Advisor)

Lisa S. Hardy is Technical Advisor, Uranium, to the Company. Ms. Hardy is a Registered Professional Geologist with over 25 years of experience exploring, evaluating and developing mineral properties. Her career began in 1980 as a Geologist for Derry, Michener & Booth, Inc., a consulting firm with which she was employed for most of the next 9 years. During this period, she engaged in exploration, evaluation and development geology activities on properties in the western US for various clients. From 1989 to 1991, Ms. Hardy worked in Idaho as a Mine Geologist with Bunker Hill Mining Co.; and as a Project Geologist with Hecla Mining Co. from 1991 to 1993. She joined Sunshine Mining Co. as a Senior Mine Geologist in 1993 where she was responsible for production geology activities and metallurgical accounting functions, as well as supervising a diamond drill crew. Since 2001, Ms. Hardy has been working as a mining and geology consultant providing exploration and evaluation services with a focus on metal deposits in North Idaho.

Ms. Hardy is a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and a Licensed Geologist in the state of Washington. She has also authored numerous peer-reviewed papers, and served as president of several mining associations in Idaho. Ms. Hardy holds a MSc in Geology from the University of Georgia, and an AB in Geological Sciences from Cornell University.

Susan Wager

Susan Wager, a full time employee of Intercontinental Potash Corp., is involved in exploration planning, mapping, and geological data analysis of potash and potash-related mineral projects of ICP. Her experience has been in the Rocky Mountain region and other parts of the United States, including the Paradox, San Juan, Wind River, Powder River, Williston, and Greater Green River basins. She also carried out exploration work in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Pennsylvania, New York, and Illinois. She has been published in “Oil and Gas and Other Resources of the Wind River Basin, Wyoming”, a publication of the Wyoming Geological Association (“Steamboat Butte Oil Field – A Model for Future Exploration”).
